Senior Mechanical Engineer

TIES Infotek is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Aerospace, Automotive, Rail Transportation, or Heavy Engineering industries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a track record of successful project management and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems, components, and products
• Conduct engineering analyses and simulations to optimize designs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and test plans
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, with a track record of successful project management and leadership
• Proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks or CATIA) and engineering analysis tools (such as ANSYS or MATLAB)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
